Driving Clarksville Road daily, I notice considerable ground clearing on the south side of the road, presumably for the new apartment complex, but I see no activity on the north side of the road where the new Jewish Community Center is to be situated. I understood the all the clearances necessary for the construction were granted. Is there some delay in the getting started in the construction of the new Jewish Community Center?
