WEST WINDSOR, NJ: Supporters of Mercer County Community College will be "On a Sea Cruise" as the college hosts its 20th annual Scholarship Dinner Dance on March 7, 6 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency, Princeton. The event raises needed scholarship dollars for deserving students.

Individuals and businesses are invited to participate in the Scholarship Dinner Dance through corporate sponsorships, advertisements in the program book, silent auction donations, and/or tickets to the event. This year the college will honor three who have been long-time supporters of education.

"Spirit of Education" awards will go to Faridy,Veisz, Fraytak Architects, and Janssen LP. A "Spirit of Service" award will go to Richard Kisco, LeFleur, The Princeton Flower Shop. 

The WWPA recognizes that many of its customers take time off around the holidays which frees up some additional parking. We also know that many people take day trips to NY this time of year. In an effort to help ease the holiday parking concerns at the Train Station, the WWPA will make a limited number of extra daily spaces available starting Friday December 12 until Friday January 9, 2009. The cost for these spots will be $4 per day. To utilize one of these extra parking spots, the Vaughn Lot will have an attendant until 11:30 AM. Travelers can drive to the Vaughn Lot and pay the attendant. After 11:30 AM, travelers should stop by the WWPA Offices (14 Washington Park, Building #6, Princeton Junction) and pay. They will be given a daily permit and instructions on where to park. As a reminder, West Windsor residents can park for free in the Wallace Permit Lot (which is the lot on Wallace Road closer to the new bridge) on Saturdays and Sundays.
