DETAILS: February 1, 2012, the Plainsboro Police arrested Joseph G. Skurjunis as
part of an ongoing theft investigation. Investigation revealed that between
November 30, 2011 and December 27, 2011, Skurjunis stole a snow blower from the
Fox Run Apartments estimated to cost approximately $2,000, a brass sprinkler
valve from The Courtyard Marriot estimated to cost approximately $2,000 and a
brass sprinkler valve from Sayre Drive estimated to cost approximately $700. He
was transported to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center in lieu of
$25,000 bail.

DETAILS: On Wednesday February 1, 2012 at 2:33 am, Ptl. Kevin Schroeck
stopped a 2012 Hyundai Veracruz on Route 1 south for failure to maintain lane. The
driver, Michael R. Perkins, 58 of Newtown PA, was subsequently arrested after
investigation revealed him to be Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). It was also
revealed that Perkins had a traffic warrant out for his arrest for Failure to Appear
out of Hamilton Township. Perkins was processed at police HQ’s then released on
$79.00 bail after being issued motor vehicle summonses for DWI, Reckless Driving,
Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage
in Motor Vehicle and Failure to Maintain Lane.

DETAILS: During the investigation of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the University
Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro construction site, Tanesha Lovett and Kirsten Tift
where found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Lovett is the owner of
the vehicle, described as a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. Lovett and Tift were arrested and charged
with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lovett
was also issued a motor vehicle summons for Possession of C.D.S. in a motor vehicle. They
were released on their own recognizance pending a first appearance at Plainsboro Township
Municipal Court.

DETAILS: On the above date and time, Ptl. Sabatino stopped a 2004 Toyota sport utility vehicle in the Zales parking lot for obstructing traffic on McClain Avenue. Upon meeting with the driver later identified as Patricia A Silvers, Ptl. Sabatino learned that she was in possession of two hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia. Further investigation revealed the driver had outstanding warrants from two other jurisdictions. Silvers was placed under arrest and taken back to headquarters. At headquarters, Silvers was processed for the arrest, issued criminal summonses for possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic summonses for obstructing traffic and driving with a suspended driver's license. Silvers was ROR'd pending a future court date for all charges and outstanding warrants.

INCIDENT: DWI - Motor Vehicle Accident Case # 2012 - 2982

Offender: Raymond M. Palmere, 22 years of age, from East Windsor, NJ
OFFICER: Ptl. Nathan Cuomo
DETAILS: On the above date and time, Ptl. Cuomo responded to Old Trenton Road in the area of the Mercer County Community College in response to the report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon his arrival at the scene, Ptl. Cuomo observed that a 1997 Ford F-150 pick up truck had struck a utility pole on the northbound side of the roadway. While speaking with the driver of the vehicle, later identified as Raymond M. Palmere, Ptl. Cuomo suspected that he may have been under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Further investigation and observation by Ptl. Cuomo confirmed his suspicions. Palmere was taken to the Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Hamilton by the Twin W Rescue Squad due to a leg injury. At the hospital, blood samples were taken for analysis. Palmere was issued traffic summonses for DWI, Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain a Lane, and Careless Driving and was scheduled for a future court date.

DETAILS: On the above date and time, Ptl. Sabatino responded to the Ulta store in response to a past tense robbery. Upon speaking with the victim, Ptl. Sabatino learned that in the course of stopping an African American male at the front of the store to check the contents of a bag he was carrying, the male stated that he had a gun and pushed her out of the way fleeing to the parking lot. The victim was not injured and estimated that $350.00 worth of merchandise was taken. Accompanying patrol units were not able to locate the individual in the parking lot.

DETAILS: On the above date and time, Ptl. Sabatino responded to the Target store in response to the report of a shoplifting in progress. Upon arrival, Ptl. Sabatino and Ptl. Hojnack met with loss prevention personnel who directed them to two individuals, later identified as Julien J. Henson and Jeremy G. Chaudet who had left the store and were in the parking lot. Investigation by Ptl. Sabatino and Ptl. Hojnacki revealed that Henson and Chaudet were in possession of stolen merchandise and they were placed under arrest. Henson and Chaudet were taken to headquarters, processed for the arrest, and issued criminal summonses for shoplifting; both were released ROR pending future court date.

WHO: (ARRESTED, INJURED, DRIVER, VICTIM, OTHER)
Accused: Stuart K. Borajkiewicz, 21 years of age, from Lawrenceville, NJ
OFFICER: Sgt. Lee Evans
DETAILS: Sgt. Evans stopped a 2002 silver two door Volkswagen on Province Line Road for speeding while traveling on US Route 1 southbound. Upon meeting with the driver of the vehicle, later indentified as Stuart K. Borajkiewicz, Sgt. Evans noticed the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Further investigation revealed under 50 grams of suspected marijuana, a portable hand scale, rolling papers, over 200 ziploc baggies and several prescription pills in the vehicle. Borajkiewicz was placed under arrest and taken to headquarters where he was processed for the arrest. Borajkiewicz was issued criminal summonses for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Prescription Drug not prescribed, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Borajkiewicz was issued traffic summonses for Speeding and for Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle.

Sabatino detected an odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Further investigation by Ptl. Sabatino revealed under 50 grams of marijuana inside the vehicle. Casseus was placed under arrest and taken to headquarters where he was processed for the arrest. Casseus was issued a criminal summons for Possession of Marijuna Under 50 grams and a traffic summons for Failure to Wear a Seatbelt. Casseus was released ROR pending a future court date.

battery of field sobriety tests. He was transported to HQ’s for processing. He was issued

DETAILS: On Sunday, January 29, 2012 at 5:30pm, patrol officers responded to
the Plainsboro Plaza in the area of the McDonalds for a report of a disturbance.
Upon further investigation, one of the actors, Lawrence Worbetz was found to be
intoxicated. He was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Driving
While Intoxicated. The driver was also issued traffic summonses for Reckless
Driving, Failure to Notify Change of Address and Improper Parking. Worbetz was
later released on his own recognizance pending a later court date.

Wilson Lin, 18 years of age
DETAILS: On January 29, 2012 at 06:31 p.m., Patrol responded to Cranbury Neck
Road for a report of an overturned 2010 Mazda CX7, resulting from one car motor
vehicle accident. Investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle and only
occupant of the vehicle, Wilson Lin, had veered off the roadway, grazing one utility
pole before striking another head on. The impact of this collision caused the vehicle
to overturn onto the driver’s side portion of the vehicle. Lin was able to exit the
overturned vehicle before Police arrived. Lin received medical treatment at the
scene of the accident by EMS but refused further medical attention, as he reported
no injuries. Lin’s vehicle was render completely disabled and removed from the
scene. Lin was issued two motor vehicle summonses for Careless Driving and
Failure to Maintain Lane. He is scheduled for a first appearance in Plainsboro
Twp. Municipal Court on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 09:00 a.m. Cranbury
Neck Road, from Grovers Mill Road to Nostrand Ave., was then closed in both
directions as PSE&G evaluated the condition of their damaged utility poles. After
several hours, PSE&G deemed the damaged utility poles secure and no threat to
public safety. The roadway was then reopened.

DETAILS: On Sunday January 29, 2012 at 9:49 pm, a motor vehicle stop was
conducted on a 2003 Mercedes Benz 500 series. The driver matched the description
of a suspect who was wanted for questioning in regards to an ongoing check fraud
investigation on a victim on Hampshire Drive. The driver, Ohimai Odion, was
subsequently arrested after investigation revealed that he was having the victim
cash fraudulent checks. Odion was processed at police headquarters and issued a
warrant for Theft by Deception, Bad Checks, and Obstruction. Odion was
transported to Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center in lieu of $20,000 bail
pending a Plainsboro Municipal Court first appearance.

DETAILS: On January 27, 2012 at 02:10 a.m., James P. Ricketti was arrested for
driving while intoxicated on Dey Road in Plainsboro, NJ. Ricketti’s 2003 BMW was
stopped by Ptl. Joseph DiGeronimo on Dey Road for an Inoperable Fog Light. It
was determined that Ricketti was operating his vehicle while under the influence of
alcohol. Ricketti was transported back to Plainsboro Police Headquarters for
processing. Ricketti was issued four motor vehicle summonses for Driving While
Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Maintenance of Lamps, and Failure to Change
Address on Drivers License. He is scheduled for a first appearance in Plainsboro

LOCATION OCCURRED: Route 1 Southbound @ Scudders Mill Road

Errol K. Coe, 54 yoa
Occupation: Maintenance Worker
DETAILS: On Thursday January 19, 2012 at 10:41 pm, Ptl. Kanaley conducted a
motor vehicle stop on Route 1 southbound on a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta. The motor
vehicle stop was for speeding and an inoperable head light. During the traffic
stop, Ptl. Kanaley detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and the driver,
identified as Errol Coe, was subsequently found to be intoxicated. Coe was placed
under arrest and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Coe was also issued
traffic summonses for Speeding, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving and
Maintenance of Lamps. Coe was later released on his own recognizance pending a
future appearance in Plainsboro Twp. Municipal Court.
