Back in the day, ie in the early and mid 80s, it was a nice place to buy some inexpensive clothing, shirts, jeans, etc. before WW became "the land of the shopping malls"...

A Wacky Gym is going in. Someone who worked for the ymca and little gym for years is opening up. He currently runs his program on the road - going to schools, day cares, etc. He and his wife should be opening it up after the summer. (I happened to meet them a couple of months ago and they seem very nice)

It opened in the late 60's and they sold only sweathers from their garage... then they really expaned and sold so many things really cheap but not cheap quality. I really missed this place and it's a shame what happened, you know with the owners.
